So, anyone that knows Genesis, should be aware that Steve Hackett was their lead guitarist back in the '70's.
Steve has been touring regularly to packed theatres playing the songs from that era, as well as a few of his own albums. They are fantastic concerts to go to.
This new album, released in Jan 2025 is called 'Live Magic at Trading Boundaries' and I was lucky enough to have taken images at the live accoustic show, and delighted that one of mine was selected to be on the front cover of the album.
The story of how it was done was quite 'simple', in that Steve's Wife, Jo, came and asked me if I could ensure that I got a photo when Amanda Lehmann came on stage to join Steve, John Hackett (Steve's Brother), Roger King and Rob Townsend for a few songs, and that only one song would have all 5 musicians playing their instruments at the same time. So I took up a spot, and captured it!
What is pleasing, is the album went to No 1 too when it was released!
